The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.

Booking Conditions

 

Your contract is made with Sunago Ericeira Lda. with AL number 102573 known as Sunago Coliving & Coworking House for commercial purposes.
 

Depending on your package option, cancellation policy and check-in date, we can require full payment or a deposit before your arrival. During the check-in guests will be asked to secure a deposit of 100 euros per room.

The deposit can be paid in cash or by card. In case of card payment a 2.75% non refundable fee will be added.

If the damage amount is higher than the amount of deposit, the difference must be paid directly at Sunago.
 

Individuals who have not been checked in or have not paid for the stay are not allowed for overnight.

We point out that Sunago Coliving & Coworking House is not responsible for your travel and expenses to or from here - Estrada Casa Nova -Romeirão, 11 - Ericeira, Portugal.

Our service starts on check-in day, when reservation is confirmed and the guest arrives and finishes on check-out date, when the guest leaves. All reservations can be extended upon availability and following the Portuguese law.
 

Upon arrival guests will be required to confirm their identity showing us a passport or a valid ID. These documents will be requested for any guest over 13 years old and we may refuse the entry to anyone who can not provide these informations.
 

For safety or operational reasons we may need to allocate you in an alternative room, therefore, our reservations does not guarantee that you will be able to stay in a specific room, but we will do our best to honor your preferences and take into consideration the type of package booked.
 

We reserve the right to refuse a booking, as well as cancel any reservation that the requested deposit is not paid. 
 

We reserve the right to increase or decrease prices, however, not being a normal procedure after your booking is made. 

It is unlikely that Sunago Ericeira Lda. has to make any changes in your booking, nevertheless, we also reserve the right to do so and will inform you at the earliest convenience.
 

Sunago Ericeira Lda. reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the property in case of irresponsible behavior and our obligations with the client will be terminated. You hereby authorize us to charge you for any damage caused and not to be obligated to refund you, as well as charge for any items that are broken, missing or requires extra cleaning service.
 

We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused to personal belongings. We extremely advise all guests to travel with insurance and they should obtain their insurance independently and before travelling to Sunago. 
 

The terms and conditions also apply to car parking use and cars are left at the client's own risk.
 

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the house, therefore, smoking is permitted in exterior areas only, such as the garden, barbecue and deck. Drugs are prohibited.
 

Please contact us in case of any discrepancies in the details or price of your reservation.

All our prices are shown in euro, unless otherwise stated.

Extra activities and costs are available upon request.

Modification and Cancellation Policy

 

Before contacting us in case of a modification or cancellation, please be aware of our cancellation policy and deposit refunds
 

• More than one month of arrival date - 100% refundable
   

• More than two weeks before arrival and less than a month - 70% refund or option to use this deposit amount as a credit for future stay at Sunago Coliving & Coworking House on the actual year.
   

• Cancel within two weeks before arrival - 50% refund or option to use this deposit amount as a credit for future stay at Sunago Coliving & Coworking House on the actual year.
   

• Less than two weeks - non- refundable
   

No booking modification before two weeks of arrival will be considered. If stay is shortened less than two weeks of check-in date, the cancelled days will also be charged.
 

In case of a no-show or cancellation after the arrival date, no refund will be made, therefore, if guest arrives and decides to leave, full payment will be required.
 

In any circumstances where we can not provide your stay, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and will return the full amount already paid or change the booking dates, on your convenience and subject to availability.
These circumstances can include interruption of internet connection, gas, failure of electricity, or water, strikes, floods, earthquakes, natural disasters, act of terrorism, war, closure of airports and ports, political unrest, epidemic, not excluding other reasons of majeure force.

Privacy Policy
 

We use lawful means to collect client information. You are entitled to know what data we collect, why  and how it is processed. You are free to refuse this request, with the understanding that we may not be able to provide you our services, without these information.

 

Share of personal data
 

Sunago Coliving & Coworking house may share your information with business partners, on the purpose of providing you a service.
 

At any time, you can request your personal information to be deleted and we will erase it from our system, as well as when your personal information becomes no longer relevant to provide you our service. Feel free to reach out to us regarding how we handle your personal information.

 

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials. If these communications are no longer of your interest, you can “unsubscribe” from our content.
